"Working with Scott Lenz has been an extraordinary experience for our entire family. He has trained my husband and two of my children — all former, current, or soon-to-be Division 1 lacrosse players — each arriving with very different needs, motivations, and personal challenges. Despite their differences, Scott has found a way to connect with and inspire every one of them.

My husband, who has endured multiple rounds of cancer and chemotherapy, came to Scott with unique health considerations and goals. Scott’s depth of knowledge — especially his understanding of the science behind sports performance and nutrition — allowed him to tailor a program that was safe, effective, and empowering. My daughter was rehabbing from an ACL repair and needed someone who could guide her through the delicate balance of recovery and rebuilding. My teenage son was a typical adolescent athlete, convinced that everything worth knowing about training and nutrition could be found in a jar of creatine.

Thanks to Scott, he’s now transformed into someone who’s genuinely passionate — even a little obsessed — with mastering the fundamentals and nuances that make all the difference at the next level.

What sets Scott apart is not just his technical expertise but his ability to build genuine relationships. He has earned the trust and respect of each member of our family, becoming far more than a trainer. He even attended my son’s high school graduation party! My son, now away at college, calls Scott almost every week. He looks to him as a mentor, role model, and dear friend. Scott has built bonds with my family that will last long after the training sessions end.
