• The public may freely browse the main pages of the site.

• Only approved members may access the private membership portal.

• Some athletes under the age of 18 may participate, provided they have signed parental or guardian consent through our waiver process.

• Discovery calls are available to the public.

• Only approved members may purchase packages, training, or classes.

• Memberships can be canceled or paused by contacting Inspiri Wellness.

• We accept payments through Wix Payments, Stripe, and PayPal.

• All sales are generally final. Refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered at the discretion of Inspiri Wellness, LLC.

All content on this website, including the Inspiri Wellness and Team Inspiri logos, training materials, and membership portal content, are the intellectual property of Inspiri Wellness, LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute these without prior written consent.

All athletes and clients must sign a waiver before participation. Inspiri Wellness, LLC is not liable for injuries or health issues that may arise. Participants are responsible for consulting with their physician before beginning any training program.

Inspiri Wellness, LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the membership portal or services at any time for misuse or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey.
